Collections & remedial management

Disciplined field and phone recovery on delinquent accounts, from first reminder to written-off portfolios — documented at every contact so your compliance team can reconcile the file line by line.

What this service covers

We work endorsed accounts through a structured contact strategy: locate the borrower, establish contactability, negotiate a payment arrangement that will actually hold, and monitor it to completion. Where recovery is not viable, we return a documented recommendation so your remedial committee can decide on foreclosure, repossession or legal referral with hard facts in hand.

  1. STAGE 01

    Validation and profiling

Endorsed files are validated against your data layout, deduplicated and scored against recovery likelihood. Missing contact data is flagged for skip-tracing before any activity begins.

  2. STAGE 02

    Skip-tracing and contact

Address, employment and contact verification through lawful sources, followed by a phone and field contact strategy calibrated to the bucket and balance of each account.

  3. STAGE 03

    Negotiation and arrangement

Officers structure payment arrangements, restructuring intake or settlement proposals within the authority limits agreed with your institution. Nothing is committed outside your approval matrix.

  4. STAGE 04

    Monitoring and remittance

Promise-to-pay tracking, payment posting confirmation, exception handling and cycle reporting, with prompt remittance and a full audit trail per account.

Questions institutions ask

What kinds of accounts can be endorsed for collection?+

Consumer and commercial loan accounts at any delinquency stage — early bucket, late bucket, pre-written-off and written-off portfolios. Accounts are accepted only from the lending institution that owns them, under a signed service agreement and data-sharing arrangement.

How quickly does work start after endorsement?+

Endorsements are acknowledged within four hours and each account is validated, deduplicated and profiled within 24 hours. Field and phone activity begins immediately after profiling.

Is collection activity conducted lawfully?+

Yes. Officers follow fair-collection conduct rules for financial institutions: no harassment, no threats, no disclosure of the debt to third parties and no misrepresentation of authority. Every contact is logged and complaints are escalated to management and reported to the endorsing institution.

How are payments remitted?+

Borrower payments are made to the institution's own channels wherever possible. Where collections are received by the agency, they are remitted within the agreed terms with supporting documentation per account.
