Frequently asked by partner institutions

How are accounts endorsed to your agency?+

Portfolios are transmitted through your institution's secure channel under a signed service agreement and data-sharing arrangement. Accounts are validated, profiled and assigned to the responsible unit within 24 hours of receipt.

How do you protect borrower information?+

All handling follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Access is role-restricted, records are retained only for the agreed period, and our Data Protection Officer is available to your compliance team at any time.

What reporting do partner institutions receive?+

Status reporting on agreed cycles — contactability, promise-to-pay, payment posting, field visit results and exception cases — plus a full audit trail per account that your internal auditors can reconcile.

How do you treat borrowers during collection?+

Officers are trained on fair-collection conduct: no harassment, no third-party disclosure, no misrepresentation. Every contact is logged. Complaints are escalated to management and reported back to the endorsing institution.
